Mr. Kelly was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. In 1977, he graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Government.
Mr. Kelly graduated with honors from Loyola University of Chicago Law School in 1983. He opened his own law firm in 1987 and has established a strong reputation
in the Chicago area as a "lawyer's lawyer."
Mr. Kelly has a broad range of experience in litigation, business, real estate, and probate practices. The breadth of his experience has proven useful over and
over again to clients managing issues in an increasingly complex legal environment.
In 2003, and every year since then, Mr. Kelly has been recognized as a "Leading American Attorney" for his long history of successful outcomes on behalf of his clients,
he has argued before the Illinois Court of Appeals, the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Illinois Supreme Court.
